目的"1+5"式支持教育即1名辅导员负责5例患者,本研究探讨其联合体表感官刺激在住院精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选择医院2019年1月—2020年3月住院精神分裂症患者80例为研究对象,按照组间年龄、病程、婚姻状况、住院时间、干预前简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加以"1+5"式支持教育联合体表感官刺激,比较两组患者的精神症状及社会功能状况。结果观察组患者精神症状严重程度低于对照组,社会功能评定量表(SSPI)各因子评分均高于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"1+5"式支持教育联合体表感官刺激在住院精神分裂症患者中的应用,能改善其精神症状及社会功能,促进疾病康复。 相似文献

心血管系统疾病是威胁居民健康的重要因素之一,居各种死因首位。因此,对人体心血管健康状况的监测和诊断尤为重要。相较于传统的外周动脉压,中心动脉压(central arterial pressure, CAP)与许多心血管事件发生有更高的相关性,通过测量CAP可以更加准确地反映人体血压的真实情况,并为诊断和疾病的预防提供重要依据。因此,实现高精度、高泛化能力、低成本的CAP无创测量方法一直是该领域的研究重点。结合国内外的相关文献,总结CAP测量现状,从参数测量与波形测量两个方面介绍相关的研究进展,并探讨现有方法的特点以及未来的发展方向。 相似文献

目的评估以功能性纤维蛋白原(功纤杯)检测结果为标准的血栓弹力图(TEG)血小板聚集功能检测中在巴曲酶杯(A杯)内加入血小板GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体抑制剂(A辅剂)对检测结果的影响。方法从2019年12月~2020年5月在本院神经内科、心内科、综合科和康复科就诊、做TEG血小板聚集功能检测的患者中收集100(人)份全血标本,根据TEG测得的A杯血块强度(MA)值(mm)将血标本分为MA<25组(n=50)和MA≥25组(n=50),2组再各细分为A杯组(各自为n=50)、A辅剂组(在A杯中加入A辅剂)(各自为n=50)、功纤杯组(各自为n=50)3个亚组,各亚组均检测2次;比较各亚组间的血小板二磷酸腺苷(ADP)与花生四烯酸(AA)途径抑制率的线性相关(R2)、血小板抑制率的差异,以及3个亚组间ADP与AA途径药物疗效判读结果的一致性。结果 1)MA<25 mm组,血小板ADP及AA途径抑制率(%)A杯、A辅剂与功纤杯3个亚组分别为32.00±17.44 vs 30.19±17.44 vs 30.07±16.18,24.3±33.53 vs 22.53±30.9 vs 22.37±31.2(均为R2>0.975);2)MA≥25 mm组,血小板ADP及AA途径抑制率(%)A杯、A辅剂与功纤杯3个亚组分别为34.34±33.59 vs 18.45±24.42 vs 18.01±24.33,23.19±39.33 vs 8.48±21.75 vs 8.31±21.7(其中A杯组与A辅剂组比较均为R2<0.8,A辅剂组与功纤杯组均为R2>0.975);3)以功纤杯组检测结果为标准,A杯组与A辅剂组间ADP和AA途径药物疗效判读正确率分别为82%(41/50)vs 100%(50/50)、84%(42/50)vs 100%(50/50)(P<0.05),而A辅剂组与功纤杯组之间2种途径药物疗效判读结果一致(P>0.05)。结论在TEG的血小板聚集功能检测中A杯内添加A辅剂可以有效抑制A杯中非特异激活的血小板,真实反映纤维蛋白原的功能,故提高了其血小板抑制率检测结果的准确性。 相似文献

目的 调查社区居家失能老人口腔吞咽现状,并分析其对心理健康的影响。方法 采用方便抽样法,对207名社区居家失能老人进行问卷调查。结果 社区居家失能老人口腔健康状况得分(8.45±3.51)分,前3位口腔问题为天然齿缺如、口腔卫生状况不佳、义齿破损或未正确佩戴;吞咽功能得分3(1,9)分,功能正常94名(45.4%),功能异常113名(54.6%);心理健康状况得分(18.26±7.41)分,良好102名(49.3%),异常105名(50.7%);失能老人口腔健康、吞咽功能、心理健康三者间呈正相关(P<0.001);口腔健康状况不佳(OR=1.155,P<0.05)、吞咽功能异常(OR=4.155,P=0.001)是失能老人心理健康的独立危险因素。结论 社区居家失能老人口腔吞咽现状不容乐观,应重视社区层面上的失能老人口腔健康及吞咽功能评估,以尽早筛查并识别口腔疾病及吞咽安全风险,维持或促进其心理健康。 相似文献

More than 250,000 anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries occur each year in the USA, and approximately 65% of these injuries undergo reconstructive surgery. Appropriate rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction can yield predictably good outcomes, with return to previous levels of activity and high knee function. At present, periodization is used at all levels of sports training. Whether conceptualized and directed by coaches, or by athletes themselves, competitors structure their training in a cyclic fashion, enabling athletes to best realize their performance goals. In practical application, sport physical therapists use periodization: postoperative “protocols” serve as rudimentary forms of periodization, albeit implemented over shorter time frames than that typically employed in preparation for competition. An ACL injury should not be considered a “simple” musculoskeletal pathology with only local mechanical or motor dysfunctions. Together with the psychological trauma and reduction in physical capacity, there is a cascade of events, including neurological insult to the central nervous system and reduction in afferences to the sensorimotor system. Rehabilitation should consider all these issues, and periodization would allow to better define and to plan aims and objectives to return athletes to their sport. Technological resources including advanced neuroimaging methods, virtual reality for injury risk screening and return to sport assessment, and interactive artificial reality-based neuromuscular training methods offer new approaches and tools to address this important biomedical problem. The cost and availability of many of these technologies will continue to decrease, providing greater availability, scientific rigor, and ultimately, utility for cost-effective and data-driven assessments. 相似文献

PurposeTo assess the impact of dose reduction and the use of an advanced modeled iterative reconstruction algorithm (ADMIRE) on image quality in low-energy monochromatic images from a dual-source dual energy computed tomography CT (DSCT) platform.Materials and methodsAcquisitions on an image-quality phantom were performed using DSCT equipment with 100/Sn150 kVp for four dose levels (CTDIvol: 20/11/8/5mGy). Raw data were reconstructed for six energy levels (40/50/60/70/80/100 keV) using filtered back projection and two levels of ADMIRE (A3/A5). Noise power spectrum (NPS) and task-based transfer function (TTF) were calculated on virtual monoenergetic images (VMIs). Detectability index (d′) was computed to model the detection task of two enhanced iodine lesions as function of keV.ResultsNoise-magnitude was significantly reduced between 40 to 70 keV by ?56 ± 0% (SD) (range: ?56%–?55%) with FBP; ?56 ± 0% (SD) (?56%–?56%) with A3; and ?57 ± 1% (SD) (range: ?57%–?56%) with A5. The average spatial frequency of the NPS peaked at 70 keV and decreased as ADMIRE level increased. TTF values at 50% were greatest at 40 keV and shifted towards lower frequencies as the keV increased. The detectability of both lesions increased with increasing dose level and ADMIRE level. For the simulated lesion with iodine at 2 mg/mL, d’ values peaked at 70 keV for all reconstruction types, except for A3 at 20 mGy and A5 at 11 and 20 mGy, where d’ peaked at 60 keV. For the other simulated lesion, d’ values were highest at 40 keV and decreased beyond.ConclusionAt low keV on VMIs, this study confirms that iterative reconstruction reduces the noise magnitude, improves the spatial resolution and increases the detectability of enhanced iodine lesions. 相似文献

目的探讨项目教学法在康复治疗学专业认知功能评定教学中的应用效果研究。方法将2018年6月—2020年6月在苏州大学附属第三医院康复医学科进行临床实习的60名康复治疗技术专业的实习生随机分为两组,每组各30名。对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组使用项目教学法,对比两组的教学效果、考核成绩、自主学习能力以及自我评价。结果观察组的实习同学对“有利于激发学习兴趣”“有利于提高沟通及协作能力”“有利于提高自主学习能力”“有利于提高综合职业能力”“有利于缩小教学与临床的距离”以及“有利于熟悉规范的认知功能评定流程及主要工作内容”等几个教学方面的肯定率高于对照组(P<0.05);同时,观察组理论考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩、实习态度成绩以及考核总分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在自主学习、自我管理、信息能力、合作能力等自主学习能力评分也均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论项目教学法在康复治疗学专业认知功能评定教学中的应用效果显著,明显提高了教学效果,提升了学生的自主学习能力和学习成绩。 相似文献

ObjectivesRegular physical exercise is known to protect endothelial integrity. It has been proposed that acute exercise-induced changes of the (anti-)oxidative system influence early (glycocalyx shedding) and sustained endothelial activation (shedding of endothelial cells, ECs) as well as endothelial-cell repair by circulating hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HPCs). However, results are not conclusive and data in trained participants performing different exercise modalities is lacking.DesignEighteen healthy, well-trained participants (9 runners, 9 cyclists; age: 29.7 ± 4.2 yrs) performed a strenuous acute exercise session consisting of 4 bouts of 4-min high-intensity with decreasing power profile and 3-min low-intensity in-between.MethodsAverage power/speed of intense phases was 85% of the peak achieved in a previous incremental test. Before and shortly after exercise, total oxidative and antioxidative capacities (TAC), shedding of syndecan-1, heparan sulfate, hyaluronan, ECs, and circulating HPCs were investigated.ResultsTAC decreased from 1.81 ± 0.42 nmol/L to 1.47 ± 0.23 nmol/L post-exercise (p = 0.010) only in runners. Exercise-induced early and sustained endothelial activation were enhanced post-exercise- syndecan-1: 103.2 ± 63.3 ng/mL to 111.3 ± 71.3 ng/mL, heparan sulfate: from 2637.9 ± 800.1 ng/mL to 3197.1 ± 1416.3 ng/mL, both p < 0.05; hyaluronan: 84.3 ± 21.8 ng/mL to 121.4 ± 29.4 ng/mL, ECs: from 6.6 ± 4.5 cells/μL to 9.5 ± 6.2 cells/μL, both p < 0.01; results were not different between exercise modalities and negatively related to TAC concentrations post-exercise. HPC proportions and self-renewal ability were negatively, while EC concentrations were positively associated with circulating hyaluronan concentrations.ConclusionsThese results highlight the importance of the antioxidative system to prevent the endothelium from acute exercise-induced vascular injury – independent of exercise modality – in well-trained participants. Endothelial-cell repair is associated with hyluronan signaling, possibly a similar mechanism as in wound repair. 相似文献
